New: VIP Scanning Academy
Launching on the 30th of August 2023, our first ever invite-only training academy will bring you from complete beginner to fully confident with confirming and monitoring pregnancy in dogs and cats. By the end of this programme you will know your machine inside out, as well as how to run a reputable, successful scanning business. What’s more, you will have access to lifelong, expert support via our dedicated Facebook group, made only for VIP programme clients.
You do not require an ultrasound machine to enrol on this course, but it is advised that you plan to have one by the start of the course. If you do not already own one, please speak to us before making a purchase: many people regret their initial purchasing decisions once they begin training with us.
This programme is only for those serious about becoming expert in canine and/or feline pregnancy scanning and is therefore currently invite only. To book your free consultation call to find out whether or not this programme is right for you (we will suggest alternatives if it is not), please click the button below.
Ultrasound for Canine Pregnancy Scanning
This training course is delivered via a small group session with an accredited sonographer, who will take you through the most important controls on your ultrasound machine, female reproductive anatomy, and the appearance of pregnancy on ultrasound at various stages. This course will leave you confident in recognising pregnancy in dogs, confirming viability, and spotting when something is wrong and in need of veterinary referral.
This training course is open to aspiring scanners worldwide, and a mutually convenient time and day will be picked for your course. Please note that, as a UK organisation, this package is billed in British Pound Sterling. Your PayPal or card issuer will automatically charge you your local currency equivalent.
Duration: 3 hours + ongoing support
If you would prefer to attend training in person at our ultrasound lab in Bromley, please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient date. There is no additional charge for in-person training.
We strongly recommend using a dedicated canine pregnancy ultrasound machine to accompany this course. If you need help choosing the most appropriate ultrasound scanner prior to beginning this course, we are happy to advise, for any location and budget. Please contact us here.
