All orders are dispatched from Bromley (Greater London) within one working day of completed purchase. Your item will be boxed and/or protectively wrapped, and will include a slip with our returns address inside. We do not, as standard, include a printed VAT receipt, as one will be emailed to you upon payment. Please contact us if you would like us to include a printed receipt for your records. Please allow up to two working days for delivery, and up to five working days for customers living in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
We are based in London, which makes it extremely quick and easy for us to ship anywhere in the world. Most international orders arrive with our customers within 5 working days. Please shop as normal on our website. Your shipping price will be calculated at checkout (£40 for most destinations), and no tax will be charged by us on your purchase. You will be responsible for any local taxes charged at import.
We are a British Community Interest Company, so all pricing on this website is displayed in GBP (British Pounds). This is not the same as the Euro. All credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, will perform a currency conversion for you automatically. As a rough guide:
