Lola 9th April 2023

Here is Lola back for her 2nd scan today. She was so much more settled today with me, relaxing well into her scan but still a mummy’s girl. There are two cine films today showing that bones have started to calcify and I put the puppies at about 42 days gestation.

In one of the images you see a puppy laying supine and we can also see pups legs. In the other image we have a visual over the top of a puppy showing a great image of the scull.

I can see today that there are likely more than the 6/7 puppies I saw on her first scan. Puppies have grown so much so it was still tricky, I would say this is a larger litter, predicting more than 6/7.

I cannot wait to see these puppies and good luck to Alison and Lola for the puppies safe arrival in around 3 weeks.
