Meet Holly: a Sprollie, aged 2 and 4 months… She loves playing ball, playing on rope swings in the woods, hide and seek is one of her favourite games, plus jumping in streams and dog agility. She is good with other animals and children, very intelligent and loves mental stimulations. She is a very lovable dog, but was a little nervous at the time of the scan.

She arrived for the scan 28 days from first mating, the puppies gestational age is approx 25 days, indicating she ‘took’ from the second mating two days later.

We saw 5 puppies on the scan and there could possibly be more that I have not seen as Holly was a bit restless, had a very full bladder and the puppies are also still fairly spread out. We could not see visible heartbeats so we will rescan in one week with an empty bladder.
