Queenie from New Addington
We scanned Queenie a week ago, but could only see one definite pregnancy sac (see images below), and the foetus was too underdeveloped to confirm the presence of a heartbeat. In other words, it was possible to confirm pregnancy, but not viability. We suspected that Queenie had perhaps conceived a few days after the mating, which had occurred 30 days prior to the scan, and this was why the puppies were a little less developed than one might expect at the 30 day mark.
I returned today, 6 days later, and we can now clearly see two pregnancy sacs, and it was possible to see heartbeats. See video below for two short clips, followed by two still images of the sacs.
